Fairmont Pediatrics is dedicated to the health and safety of the children we serve, their families, our community, and our staff and healthcare providers. We are making every possible effort to make sure our office is a safe, clean, and healthy place for you and your child.

Limiting Visitors:

To reduce the spread of infection, we are requesting that all patients are accompanied by one adult only to each visit. Unfortunately, siblings who do not have an appointment cannot be accommodated in the office at this time. Please do not arrive with siblings for your child’s appointment.

Office Safety 

• Parents and caregivers must wear a face mask or covering while in our office. If your child is over 2 and will wear a mask in the office, that would be preferable but not required. We do not recommend masks for babies and young children.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Should you be early, please wait outside.  If you are running late, please call the office prior to entering.  The doctor may still be able to see you, but you may have to wait outside the office until you can safely be seen into a room.  This will ensure fewer people in our waiting area.
• Please account for longer elevator wait times in our building due to physical distancing requirements.
• We have expanded our hygiene measures as well. More time between appointments has been added to allow for more thorough room disinfecting.

Virtual Appointments

For some instances, you can now schedule a virtual telehealth visit with your pediatrician! This allows you to receive the same great continuity of care from the comfort of your home, while limiting the spread of illness. There are certain times, at the discretion of the doctor, where an in-office assessment is needed to appropriately assess your child, however.
